Your 30-minute slot is your arrival time, not how long you can stay. It helps us stagger bookings, manage parking, and minimise queues during busy periods. Once you checked in, you're free to enjoy the farm park - your visit is not limited to 30 minutes.
Our opening hours are 10am-5pm daily. Last entry is 4pm on weekdays and 3:30pm on weekends, school holidays and bank holidays. If you are messaging outside these hours, we are currently closed but will respond when we reopen at 10am.
Only guide dogs are permitted on site.
Yes, gift vouchers are available to purchase online via our website.
We do not currently have dedicated gift shop on site. However, during selected events we may offer a small range of seasonal items. Availability varies depending on the event and time of the year.

Re-entry is not normally permitted. In rare cases, guests may briefly return to their car with a hand stamp - please speak to reception first.
